Hey Readers! I wanted to share with you an event I will be attending called The Gluten-Free Food Allergy Fest. I was very excited when I found out about this event because there aren’t many food festivals catered to gluten allergies. This two-day event is being held in Richmond VA, Indianapolis, IN, and Portland, OR. There will be close to 70 gluten-free & allergy-friendly vendors. Included with your admission is a series of presentations and demonstrations, such as gluten-free food labeling and food safety, shopping gluten-free without breaking the bank, and cooking for food sensitivities. I will be attending this event in Richmond on August 26th and 27th.
